New Clients

A meet and greet is a complimentary thirty minute visit where we get to know you and your pets. Here we learn their needs and your processes so that we can provide a high level of care. We require Meet and Greets for all new clients!

We primarily service dogs, but also service cats. Ask us about any other animals you made need care for- odds are, we've worked with them!

We can handle most pets! Giant dog breeds? That's OK! A neurotic shepherd full of separation anxiety? Yes, we can help. A cat that likes to hide? That's okay, we'll still share space with them.We reserve the right to decline any clients that are a safety risk to our team.

We offer oral and topical medication management, but do not offer injections at this time.

Yes! Pet parents cannot walk with us except during meet and greets, but we can take them off of your hands for a while.

No, our insurance does not cover transporting pets.

If we are available, yes, we do! Please call or text 540-321-9059 if you need urgent accommodation.

Yes! Although we don't offer this service, we are connected with a few local sitters who might be able to help.
